Shipping Policy

At DewKiss Beauty, we want our customers to know what to expect after completing a purchase. This Shipping Policy outlines where we deliver, the shipping services available, estimated transit times, applicable charges, and other information related to the delivery of your order.

Domestic Shipping

DewKiss Beauty currently provides shipping exclusively within the United States. International delivery is not available at this time.

Customers must provide a valid and serviceable U.S. shipping address when placing an order.

Preparing Your Order

Once your purchase has been confirmed, our fulfillment process begins. Orders may require time for payment verification, preparation, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Please note that order processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. Estimated delivery periods listed below begin after the package has been dispatched.

Orders submitted during weekends or U.S. holidays may not begin processing until the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Customers may select from the following eligible shipping services:

Standard 3–5 business days $8.00
Standard – Orders $70.00 and Up 3–5 business days FREE

Free Standard Shipping is available when the qualifying order value reaches $70.00 or more.

Delivery estimates refer to business days and generally do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

The delivery periods above are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may affect a shipment, including carrier network disruptions, severe weather, seasonal shipping volume, transportation interruptions, or other unexpected events.

DewKiss Beauty cannot guarantee a specific delivery date when a delay is caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when tracking is available for the shipment.

Tracking activity may not appear immediately. Carriers can require additional time after receiving a package before the first tracking update becomes visible.

Correct Shipping Information

Please carefully verify your shipping details before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Apartment, suite, or unit number, when applicable
City and state
ZIP code

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact DewKiss Beauty promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to help if the package has not yet been shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages may occasionally be returned to us because an address is incomplete, the carrier cannot complete delivery, the shipment is refused, or another delivery issue occurs.

If your package is returned, please contact us for assistance. Depending on the reason for the return, additional shipping costs may be required before an order can be sent again.

If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or tracking suggests that the package may have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order details.
